The City of El Segundo remains committed to you, your safety, your business, and providing the highest quality services. The City is launching its 8^th annual resident and business satisfaction survey to continue to gain valuable insight to better serve your needs. 

If you completed the survey in the past, your input was greatly appreciated and helped the City identify opportunities for improvement from your perspective. Your feedback allows the City to develop a roadmap for addressing the issues that are important to you.    

El Segundo residents and businesses should have received the annual survey by email. Some residents may have been mailed a paper survey, if we did not have an email for you. If you have not received the survey, please fill out this form and this year's survey will be sent via email. 

The City's 2025 Annual Community Survey will close on March 31, 2025.
