Join the Recreation, Parks and Library Department for our exciting afterschool program for kids in transitional kindergarten through 5th grade.

Club Cowabunga provides daily afterschool care at the George E. Gordon Clubhouse during school days from school dismissal until 6:00pm. Trained Recreation Staff are on hand to offer a variety of fun activities for kids such as sports, games, cooking, drama, arts and so much more! It’s like Camp Cowabunga ALL YEAR LONG!

Staff will meet and walk kids from Richmond Street School and Center Street School to the Clubhouse each day!

Activities will focus on recreation, wellness, building social skills and having FUN! There will not be a tutoring or homework supervision component to this program. We believe that kids need play, and we are the experts in PLAY!
